Our Smokeless Muzzleloader Barrel Program is designed to make the conversion process simpler, faster, and more consistent for serious smokeless muzzleloader shooters.
MGM produces the raw barrels, including contouring, welded lug installation, and machining. The barrels are then shipped exclusively to Hank’s Precision Gun Parts for the final conversion. By standardizing our most popular configurations and consolidating the conversion process through one qualified partner, we can help reduce lead times while maintaining the performance, quality, and consistency you expect from an MGM barrel.

How It Works
1. Configure Your Barrel - Choose your caliber, length, contour, and optional features. 2. MGM Builds Your Barrel - Your barrel is machined and pre-configured to Hankins specifications. 3. Communicate With Hank's - Get with Jeff to get your conversion work in line, so he knows it's coming. 4. Sent for Conversion - Your barrel is shipped directly to Hank’s Precision Gun Parts. 5. Final Assembly & Ignition System - Hankins completes the conversion using proven components and systems.- Barrels are shipped directly to Hank’s Precision Gun Parts in batches approximately every two weeks for final conversion.
- Barrels are not sold loose and will not be shipped directly to customers or third parties.
- All barrels must be converted through Hank’s Precision Gun Parts.
- Fluting options start at 10" and extend to 25".
This process helps ensure consistent quality, proper configuration, and safe, repeatable performance across every build.
