350 Legend Winchester – First Look
The 350 Legend is perfect for the states that are restricted to 1.8″ straight wall case for hunting, and had youth, women, or those of us that are recoil sensitive in mind during development. This case is designed to compete with cartridges like the 450 Bushmaster and the 460 S&W but without the recoil.
New case features include an overall length of 1.71″, a slightly rebated rim that is the same diameter as the 223 Remington, multiple SKUs of factory loaded ammunition, plus the benefit of reloadability with a plentiful supply of 35 caliber bullets. This blazing round will have great muzzle velocity combined with proper hunting bullets that will allow you to reach out to 300 yards and beyond with confidence. There’s no doubt that the 350 Legend will be a great addition to your Encore or Contender barrel collection.

When will the barrel/ammo be available?
January 2019 – SAAMI Accepts
Announces acceptance of the 350 Legend Cartridge.
March 2019 – MGM’s 350 Reamers Arrive
Our reamers are already on order and are tentatively set to arrive in the first to middle of March.
March 15th – April 1st – MGM’s 1st Batch Will be Complete
We will have barrels ready just waiting on reamers for our 350 Legends, so they will be ready within 2 weeks of receiving the reamers.
April 2019 – Factory Ammunition Hits Stores
Factory ammo for the Winchester 350 Legend is set to arrive in stores in April 2019.
May 2019 – MGM’s Velocity Testing to be Complete
We plan to have our own MGM velocity testing complete for the 350 Winchester Legend by May.
June – Sept 2019 – Winchester’s 1st Batch Estimated to be Complete
Winchester is set to release their 1st batches of 350 Legends in June of 2019.
